Let's look a little closer; eagles are pretty generic and are symbolic in most cultures, the body of the eagle looks rather human but gender isn't apparent, and the planet is very vague.
By the way, to me it seems that the shape over the "planet" seems to resemble in a vague way an olive tree branch (the sign of peace).
